2. Set up demo, POC and customer test environment. Conduct product demo and POC, provide technical support in customer’s tests.

3. Provide product training for customers and channel partners.

4. Manage presales projects, maintain good communication and working relationship with customers.

5. Collect and analyze market trend intelligence, perform competitive analysis, help sales team in making marketing strategy and approach.

Qualifications
